Well just looking at the footer (now I know this doesn't mean very much 
BUT) and part of the copyright is 'held' by SecureONE (.com.au) so this 
could be a Bris.Aust group  It doesn't look like it has been updated very 
much as the newest article on the main page is dated April 17 assuming 
2002. Maybe email them and see what the go is.
