RTFM is definatly the best way to lear, you get a feel for what can and
can't be done and how to go about doing (or not doing it).

I personally prefer rusty's guides, he wrote the code (and to the best
of my knowledge is the only one to actually use libiptc) and desinged
the system - like K&R[1] it's definitive.
