[ Humbug *General* list - semi-serious discussions about Humbug and ]

Actually I dont mind _how_ the talk is presented, the effort in
preparing any talk can increase by an order of magnitude if it has to
become too 'formal'. I'd rather small frequent talks at humbug than
infrequent 'big' talks.

Some of my best learning experiences have come from 'seeing what is
possible', those experiences inspiring me to RTFM to work out just what
could be achieved.

For those (like myself) who are not strong on iptables, a reference I
found useful, might be worth a look prior to the talk.

Mat.
[looking forward to whatever talk is presented.]
[what do people think of a gold coin donation towards the speakers pizza
as a talks incentive?]

and yes, those other distractions on a Sat night can be a healthy
distraction....
