My apologies. I'm suffering a bout of OS myopia which I am told cannot
be cured and is best left endured.
Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 Kernel version 2.4.19
but no

Maybe not in the kernel, just a guess on my behalf. However something in
the system is caching dns data and im basicly looking for the win2k
equivalent of ipconfig /flushdns
