Hi Frank,
on my Acer Laptop, USB had been working for me since redhat 7.0.
I have a microsoft wheel mouse that works as it should and I have a usb quickcam
VC that apparently works, but I am yet to test it. I have a usb printer, epson
740 and a 1290, but have'nt tried them yet. I can give them all ago sometime
early next week and let you know. As far as I aware, they all should work as
well.

cheers

Johann
