It's not so much that the meeting are fluid, it's more a case that they
are not meetings in the technical sense of the term. I guess the best
way to describe a meeting for those who haven't attended is "... the
spontaneous growth of short lived network of *nix computers and the
geeks who own - oh and they go for food and stuff" :)
There is nothing to minute - unless the meeting has an AGM or SGM
attached to it. This is not the type of meeting where you all sit around
a table and argue issues relating to motions people bring to the group,
then vote then seek to impliment the decisions made by a group ... is it
just me or have I been in politics to long :)
