Yes, you would need one for each hdd, along with the extra power connector.

As far as I know, the sort of thing you probably have in mind doesn't exist.

You would only want to go down that route if you were intending getting more
of those drives and using the RAID functionality. In addition to the RAID
controller, you would need a hard drive cage assembly with backplane.
Those drives are usually designed for hot-plug RAID applications where each
drive is mounted in a 'caddy' and the 'caddy' is "plugged" into the cage.
The backplane would have the 80pin connectors on one side and connectors for
power and the SCSI cable on the other side.
So, unless you are serious about installing hardware RAID, the best way to go
is one of those connectors. If you do decide to buy one of those connectors,
I'll have three (3) as well (seriously). The best price I've found so far in
Brisbane for something like that is $49 +gst. :-(
