[H-GEN] hmm need a bit of a clue

I have just installed Mandrake 8.2, installs fine, sets up all hardware BUT 
(and this has happened twice now) it doesn't put tcpd (/usr/sbin/tcpd) on 
the HDD at all and I am not sure what package it would be in. OR is there 
something I don't know about 8.2 (having gone pretty much from 7.2) such 
that is doesn't use tcpd to control the daemons.

So either what package would/should it be in?

The other thing is it only ever installs from the 1st CD and there are 3 
cd's all up in the collection
