Ooooooh!!!  Ask Geoff Everist about this, he can probably give you some
pointers on getting some money outta the bastards for this (Government
Service Guarantee or some such IIRC).... Geoff?

Unfortunately the CSG (Customer Service Guarantee) does not yet apply to
ADSL connections :-( (BASTARDS!!!)
