Yes thats true my apologies...actually PS level 2 emulation but who cares
whether it was written by Adobe or not. The 1200 is a relative newcomer and
I was not aware that it did PS in the standard form.
I agree the HP 1200 is pretty good value if you have the money. Personally,
600 dpi or 1200 dpi is not a major drama. 1200 dpi is great yes but 600 dpi
is still pretty reasonable. I use a Lexmark Optra that will do 1200 dpi but
I happily run 600 dpi or even 300 dpi for text only.
