According to TFM, xearth can zoom in.  But since it doesn't show the river
or much of Morton Bay, it's pretty boring.  ("Hey!  It's _this_ much 
darker in Indooroopilly than Mt Gravatt!")

The 'maps' feature on yahoo.com.au will give you your location from a 
street address if you look carefully at the URL.
