I concur. It might seem like we are being of little help but the truth
is you have effectivly said "it's broken, fix it". To get any real help
you need to provide details of the system, the problem, the symptoms and
what you where doing when you realised you had a problem. Having done
tech support for a living (and dealt with stupid ppl at home) I can tell
you that lack of information is the main cause for not being able to fix
a problem, you spen most of your time trying to get information from ppl
about what they have done
