What exactly are you trying to do?  As in, what command are you
running?  The *exact* error message (cut and paste is useful here) is
also important:  it can allow someone with knowledge or the source
code to find precisely where things are going wrong.

This _sounds_ (of course I can't be sure without more info) as though
you're doing something that's trying to connect to a port but you're
getting a connection refused error.  This usually means there is
nothing listening on the other end.

Probably the latter, but as I said, we need more information than
this.
