Dear Sandra,
Have you checked your /etc/passwd file to see if all the user info is 
correct.
Module not found is talking about a kernel module for su.
Have a close look at the logs /var/log/messages I think to see if you can 
see what has happend. Go right to the end of the log and work backup and 
look for something about user or passwords. You could grep user 
/var/log/messages and then grep passwd /var/log/messages.
That's about my limit. Hope it helps.
