No doubt.  cat /proc/uptime to see the value in seconds and in lots of
approximately 6 minutes per unit (where this does measurement come from???
Is it some significant multiple of the jiffie value perhaps?)

I suspect you could echo into that file but I don't feel like doing that
right now :)
