Hi all. Returning to your earlier question re NetBSD, I can't say
directly about NetBSD but Linux has the best NAT/Masq s/w I've seen.
Whereas the Linux developers took the trouble to write kernel modules for
protocols such as non-passive ftp and talk which didn't work properly
through Masq without a bit of help, all the other NAT implementations I've
seen simply ignore the problem. I would be surprised if NetBSD had
resolved those issues better than the Linux kernel developers because no
one else has :) [1]
