I've note seen the 'daemon' command before... are you doing this in a
plain shell script or is this in some configuration file? I'd normally
expect there to be a command line option (to 'master' in this case) that
tells it to run as a Daemon but, if not, try dropping the 'daemon' keyword
and adding a '&' character after master.
