Gary & Cheryl Curtis would!

Seriously, Cheryl is an experienced "organiser", having created a
private
secondary school from scratch (with help of course) and organised MANY
cultural exchanges from/to Japan.

She would even become a HUMBUG member to make things official. ;-)
