Basic procedure is:

- partition new drive
- make your filesystems on the drive
- mount the filesystems
- copy the data across
- make the new drive bootable

The easiest way I found to make the new drive bootable was to simply boot it
from a floppy, and rerun lilo.  (Once I'd removed the old drive and put the
new one onto that controller)
