	Due to a little problem I had with majordomo, I am sending this again.

	Since Humbug is getting pretty big, and getting quorums at the meeting is 
more difficult, we require a better way for the Executive to get consent of 
the members to run the club more effectively and efficiently.

	I am intending to submit to the Secretary of Humbug, to call for an 
Special General Meeting to move a motion to amend the current Humbug 
Constitution for the following :

General Meetings
11. A quorum of one third of the Financial Membership of the Club is 
required for a Special General Meeting.

To :
==========
General Meetings
11. A quorum of three times the number of the Executive Committee plus one, 
of the Financial Membership of the Club is required for a Special General 
Meeting.
	e.g., if the executive committee numbers 5, you will require a quorum of 
5x3 = 15 + 1 which is 16 financial members.

	Please email your support to me, and when I have the required numbers, I 
will submit to the Secretary formally in writing once I can get enough members.
