[H-GEN] Defragmenting HDD

Hi All,
I have a Linux box with a second HDD fitted that is
formatted as FAT32. Is it possible to defrag this drive
via the Linux Box (RH6.1) or would it be best to put
it into my Windows 98 machine temporarily to do it?
