Depending on your ISP, you may be able to get them to do this for you,
based on dialin records.  Unfortunately, as the ISP for which I
implemented this has since been bought up, the script no longer works and
I can no longer give you a demonstration of a fancy script which does a
nifty Location: redirect to a user's given IP address on invokation.
