[H-GEN] PPP Support problem

mine does that mandrake 6.1 kernel 2.2.14 under an ordinary user the first 
time I do kPPP it say that then if I close it then klik it again it will go 
in without the message. (I now have set up ppp-on so I don't have to get up 
from my chair to start the modem on the router)
