I use the SSH extension to TeraTerm.  Works very nicely indeed.  Has lots of
nice settings for controlling the terminal, like automtically setting the
character height/width when you change the window size (try doing that with
the windows telnet client 8^) and all the usual font setting and stuff you
would expect anyway
