[H-GEN] Mailbox files

I have some mail box files (in /var/spool/mail) that are corrupted. I'm
wondering if there's a way I can repair them (They're about 6Mb each)
instead of just deleting them. I'm running Sendmail.

Anyone know of a solution to this?
