[H-GEN] remote X

[staeci at YAHOO.COM]

I've telneted to local machine shivan from serra and would like
to run X apps but get the following... 

[staeci at shivan staeci]$ xterm &
[1] 1939
[staeci at shivan staeci]$ Xlib: connection to "serra:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: serra:0.0

[1]+  Exit 1                  xterm -bg black -fg white

What files hold these permissions and on which machine must  I set them, I'm assuming serra (where I'm
telneting from) in this case.
