You have still not provided a reference for your assertion. Please provide

Hmm. This does not make any sense to me because it makes an ABSTAIN vote
the same as a vote in the negative which makes abstain votes pointless.
Does the paper you cite below establish this?
If this is the case, though, then it would still be nice for members who
do not plan to come to give us a proxy vote!
