Hello World Again,
Thanks for the Intellimous help. I think I
should have it working shortly. One small problem Im having is that when
I press CTL ALT F2 when im runinng X (My machine is setup as a KDE
Workstation and auto boots into X where I proceed to log in) I can
switch to a new log in prompt, however, when I go to switch back to X
theres just a whole bunch of X'y looking text written on the screen.
My Vid card is a nVidia Vanta TNT2 AGP card with 16Mb of ram. There was
no diver present for this card so I set it up as a SVGA card displaying
a resolution of 1028 * 768.
I noticed there were other options which looked like more powerful cards
(at a guess) So, basically I was wondering is that the correct setup for
the card.
I couldnt find much help in my wee APC Linux Pocketbook.
