To clarify:

The image is just fine if I print and enlarge it with a photocopier;
the screen printing people will just trace[1] over the top anyway.
The *problem* is that I lack the skills with The Gimp to be able to
remove the serifs from the font used in the image[2].  Apparently
serifs do not come out well when screen printing.

As regards pricing, I've yet to commit to actually *doing* this,
mostly because I have no idea how many I will be able to print---this
affects the price.  I'm hoping to get the design sorted first so I can
point at a web page, *then* gauge support, *then* finalise pricing,
etc.
