[ Humbug *General* list - semi-serious discussions about Humbug and
Unix-related topics. ]

actually apparantly you can get around no always defrag with a ipchains
rule which will let fragments through if they are preceeded by an accepted
packet.

heres my current rules (second is irrelevent I think)...

/sbin/ipchains -P forward DENY
#/sbin/ipchains -A forward -j MASQ -s 192.168.0.0/24 -d 0.0.0.0/0
/sbin/ipchains -A forward -i ppp0 -j MASQ

I'm not too good at this and I thought maybe..
/sbin/ipchains -A forward -f -j MASQ -s 192.168.0.0/24 -d 0.0.0.0/0
but it doesn't work.

Seriously if I can't get this to work by tomorrow afternoon my boss will
make me use windows98 2nd edition to provide access for the network and I
would rather have rabid rats gnaw at my scrotum for the rest of eternity.
