[H-GEN] ip masq progressing one prob remains

I'm sorry but I just can't find it, I did a grep -r * defrag in
/usr/src/linux and  found several references to it including 
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/Configure.help  which has it just 
before ip aliasing.

But when I do make xconfig I there is no option anywhere let alone in the
networking for it.
