As the Kde development team say themselves, and as quoted by the popular APC
distribution of Linux, the division between 'wm' and 'we' using K is
severely greyed. So much so that to most users there is no distinction.
Tecnically, there's a world of difference.

After all, the only reason we quibble is because enlightenment underneath
gnome is because enlightenment is underneath gnome and we understand that
concept.
