I cant help but think of these new 50kmh speed laws now in in force. People wanted
to slow down motorists so the would *protect* lives, but the number of people who I
have driven with, cant stand these new speed limits saying they are rediculously slow
ignoring the fact that a few months ago they were saying to me how good it would be.
Violence, it occurs naturally in nature. As you pointed out, if people want to view
this content on internet, they will. Its just like durgs, you can ban them and give
death penalties to those caught using it but it wont stop it completly. It will of
course slow it down but does it then achieve the goal for which it was created? I
think not.

Hrmm.. It would be nice, It would be much nicer to see Telstra ban all 1900 porn
numbers to all government departments, I think it might have a better effect. I
think public servants would get cheesed off at not being able to recive that daily
emails of p0rn jpg's.
