[H-GEN] Satnet,etc

Hi all.  After the discussion late Saturday night about Satnet (sic :) I
rang the toll free support number.  They confirm that the 3hr kick off is
still in effect. meaning that the link cannot really be considered
permanent.

If a permanent IP could be allocated, it wouldn't be _too_ bad as they
indicate there busy time is between 4pm and 10pm daily.  It could kind of
suck if you had trouble dialing back in :(

This probably only makes limited sense to those people not in that
particular conversation :)
