I successfully log in to UQ with kppp...no problems. I think that either you
have a logout time too short or your modem is not set up properly (unlikely) or
your script is wrong
Your script should be something like:-
expect ogin:
send your user name
expect word:
send your password
expect granted
send ppp
The example script is similar to this but there are some differences...eg the
example uses name as its first expect but UQ uses login:. I personally do not
use the expect...granted line but simply put in a 5 sec pause...but that is
neitherr here nor there.
Do you issue the ppp command...do you start the ppp daemaon on the other end.
I do not have probs...if necessary you can ring me or email your input details
and I will look at them.
