Yes, it DOES send the message, but if you look at the time it sends it....
it's 13 minutes after the end of message and 3 minutes after MSES sends the
packet to close the socket, at which time it's a little too late to have any
useful effect 8^).  This would indicate to me that either 
1) Sendmail is blocking on something and not sending the message until the
socket is terminated.  This seems to me to be not very likely, but I have
not looked at any code yet.
2) Sendmail is sending the message but the right thing is not happening with
it and it is not getting sent to the NT box.
