I'm not so sure about a majority of the directories.  In another post it
was mentioned that / might be well cached.  I'm not so sure about many
areas of it.  There are 2704 inodes used on my root partition.  I couldn't
even guess as to how many files from / cached right now, but my 
guesstimate is maybe 25-30%.
