At this point, can I also point out that NFS is slightly broken on Linux
boxes. Just like tftp, it is somewhat borked when talking to any
operating system other than linux. Not to mention my favourite, Linux
vt100 != *BSD vt100 == Most OSs vt100 != Windoze vt100 .
/. currently has an interesting thread about Linux vs *BSD, and Linux
appears to be losing.

There is a patent in the (http://www.patents.ibm.com/) database for the
use of a laser pointer to entertain a cat by having it chase the spot on
the floor. I'm not making this up.
