[H-GEN] Proxy Authentication

Hello,

I need to set up Squid such that any user wishing
to use the proxy, must enter a valid username and
password.  I have read through the docs and tried
to get it running but it still isnt working.  The
setup is a for a school whereby no student has
proxy access unless a teacher enters in a single
username and password.  There is only a need for
one user to be used by whole the school.

Could somebody please guide me in the right
direction?  unfortunatly squid has changed since
1.x
