For a quick and secure kludge, try using ssh with X11-forwarding rather
than just opening your local $DISPLAY to any other $DISPLAY.  The
annoyance value of 'while true ; do (xeyes -display
$DISPLAY.that.is.xhost+ &); done' is left as an exercise for the reader.
