No idea about BeOS (though hopefully you can compile ssh since BeOS is POSIX
compliant???) but for windoze I use TeraTerm.

TeraTerm is simply a "better" telnet client, but it also supports
extensions.  One of the extensions mentioned on the home page is for SSH.
