Try David Conran <lucifer at maths.uq.edu.au> (although I haven't seen any sign of
him for a while) he had a number of these for about $25/$30 around the time
those 40 ex Main Roads IPCs were auctioned.
Also try Craig Dewick http://www.sunrk.com.au/ . I don't hink he has these
listed on his site but I'm sure he could point you in the right direction.

Stick with the tranceiver....it's cheaper.
