At the meeting last night someone asked me for a copy of my Ncd Xterminal
config.  Unfortunately I've had a brain disk crash and I can't remember
who it was :(

Anyway, the config files are now available by anonymous ftp from
ftp://ftp.oc.humbug.org.au:/pub/ncd

The config is for an ncd19c Xterminal but appears to work with a 19r and
probably others with only minor alternations.

Ncd Xterminals can require a fair bit of massaging to work (as Matt Day
can now attest :).  Any problems, feel free to email me.
