I've had bad experiences with them too.  I ordered an item which they did
nothave in stock.  They said it would be a couple of days.  Then they said
it was delayed and would be about a week.  Finally, 4 weeks (and numerous
phone calls) later it still hadn't arrived.  I simply rang up and calmly
told them that if it wasn't ready within 2 days I would expect a
refund cheque in the mail.  Amazingly the item arrived!  Infact, it had
been fast-tracked up from Sydney, and it was couriered to my door :)  If
they had just been straight with me about how long it would take instead
of having a different story each time I rang, I would have better memories
of them.
