I suppose my question really was: what is a CERT's lower threshold of
caring? Home linux machine being mscanned? ``Serious'' machines
being mscanned? Home machines being broken? ``Serious'' machines
being broken?

I suppose messages `FYI' are easy to send and easy to process... but
on the other hand they probably don't care to see a hundred messages
every time a kiddy scans org.au.
