not being sure what it is, I'd hazard a guess at it being a Windows
emulator?

if it supported the games I play, which means DirectX, glide, et al,
i'd be more tempted.  The price I'd pay for it would be determined by
its stability, its memory footprint, and it's speed.  Probably a
maximum of $50 (student :) and that only if it was stable enough to
play at least starcraft, and if it had a low enough footprint that I
could do so without going heavily into swap :)
