Dear list,
Any idea how I might be able to set the umask of files that are written to
a netatalk volume on the linux box from a Mac?
ps. Samba can be set okay--with one of its billion options "create umask =
yes"
What I'm wanting to achieve is a situation whereby people can write to a
guest directory but be unable to delete or modify it once it has been
written (i.e. created) on the volume.
Thanks,
Laurence
