[H-GEN] Linux Undelete

No-one has yet responded to Paul Gearon's request for information on
this (well from memory it was Paul Gearon) so I may as well start the
ball rolling.

My information is that, although some groups are working on this, there
is not an undelete facility for Linux. The approach I have seen is to
initially delete to a trash directory then delete from there.

If the query was as a general enquiry...the answer is no. However, if in
desparation, there are some long winded techniques which might, repeat
might allow you to recover a deleted file. From memory there is a FAQ or
How-To somewhere about it.
