Well, more would be nice but I could live with 64mb ;)

A good point.  The pa2012 is well priced, but the new va board may well be
expensive.

The main problem seems to be that the external connectors (keyboard,
serial,etc) seem to be in the wrong places.  If the m/b mounts match up, a
hack job of extension cables may do it - but will be costly in time and
possibly money).  The power cable is different too, but I bet an adapter
could be made.
