Are you planning to use significantly more than 64Mb in the near future ?!
If so, on what ?  If not, then I'd suggest downgrade the board - going
for top-of-the-line expandability is costly and, unless you are likely
to want to use such capicity in the future, a waste of money.

Secondly, is it possible to buy or make an adapter for the board sizes
(since I don't know the sizes, then I don't know how feasible this sounds).
You may not need a particularly robust job - electrical tape may do it.
